How long does it take to receive my order ?
Most of our orders are shipped 1 to 3 days from purchase pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive it within the next 6 to 9 business days.
Please bear in mind that our shoes are handmade and some styles take time to be made. In this case, the delivery process may vary from 5 to 7 days. If the selected product is not available we will launch the production process directly to ship the order on time
Our couriers may be experiencing off-and-on customs clearance delays due to current circumstances. Sometimes delivery could take up to 15 business days, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Will a tax be applied on top of my order ?
Custom and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Please note that Zyne does not have any control over any taxes or customs imposed by the country that your order is being shipped to.

Which courier services do you provide ?
We mostly work with DHL for worldwide delivery and FEDEX depending on the destination. If you have any preference or special request please precise it by email et firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I exchange my order for another size or another style ?
Exchanges for other sizes or styles are possible. To proceed with an exchange, we ask you to contact us at email@example.com to give you the authorization and instructions to follow to send the order to our closest warehouse.
However, please keep in mind that you will have to cover your current destination's shipping fees to the nearest warehouse, but the new pair's shipping fees are free of charge.
Items purchased from a sample sale cannot be exchanged. Thank you for your understanding.
