100% handmade from natural materials, your ZYNE shoes need care, extra love and attention. When exposed to water, the materials may start to break down. We therefore  suggest you keep them warmly inside on rainy days. Avoid exposing your shoes to excessive heat and sunlight. When your ZYNEs are resting, the toes should be stuffed. That is why we’ve included a shoe tree for you to make sure your pair of shoes is maintaining its shape and lasts for years to come. We highly recommend you store your shoes in the provided bag for protection on their day off.

Shipping: We rely on DHL for international shipping, ensuring delivery within 3-4 days.

Exchange: To facilitate exchanges, please send the shoes in perfect condition to the nearest Zyne warehouse. While we don't cover shipping fees for exchanges, delivery of the new pair is complimentary. We're here to assist you throughout the process.

Taxes & Duties: Please note that customs and import duties may apply to international orders upon arrival at the destination. Zyne is not responsible for any taxes or customs charges imposed by the receiving country.
