Our emphasis on comfort and extra cushioning causes the inside of the shoe to get smaller. If you are in between two sizes, we advise you to size up to ensure extreme comfort. 

Due to the nature of the material, the Raffia tends to feel tight. After your first wear, it will mold to the shape of your foot. You have nothing to worry about! Let yourself be surprised by this experience!

100% handmade from natural materials, your ZYNE shoes need care, extra love and attention. When exposed to water, the materials may start to break down. We therefore  suggest you keep them warmly inside on rainy days. Avoid exposing your shoes to excessive heat and sunlight. 

When your ZYNEs are resting, the toes should be stuffed. That is why we’ve included a shoe tree for you to make sure your pair of shoes is maintaining its shape and lasts for years to come. We highly recommend you store your shoes in the provided bag for protection on their day off.
