Be your Raphia's personal hairdresser. Use an iron with a steam option or a streamer to soften the texture of the fringes of the rafia fibers. Next, comb them to obtain a straight and neat look. If you are unsatisfied with the uneven organic appearance you may even out the ends by trimming them with a pair of scissors.

If you find that some of the beads are loosening or have fallen off your shoe, we are here to assist you. Please don't hesitate to contact us. We can send you replacement beads that you can use to mend your shoe. You can also take the beads and your ZYNES to your local shoe repair shop. If the beading issue is more widespread, we will work with you to ship them back to our shoe lab and give them an
appropriate makeover. Please note that some charges may be applied depending on the nature of the issue and its current destination.
