WEBMASTER VA

Manage and maintain our e-commerce platform through Shopify, including content updates and inventory management through in coordination with all planned activities, seasonal calendar, and marketing opportunities.

What you’ll do:

Provide ongoing support to the eCommerce team and manage daily operations of ZYNE website while maintaining weekly sales goals

Assists with biweekly go lives, including monitoring pre-order styles, waitlisted styles, back in stocks, out of stocks and almost gone.

Manages product uploads, including writing product descriptions / bullets and chasing product features

Help manage preorder strategy, execution and maintenance.

Assist with ecommerce reporting including: Waitlist, Pre-order, Selling Reports, Newsletter performance and image decks.

Monitors presentation of site, including building category pages and changes to navigation

Collect and provide weekly feedback and data on site functionality and user experience

Update Newsletter docs based on collection launches and editorial newsletters

Assess the competitive market while remaining true to brand identity

What you’ll need

Familiarity with backend platforms a plus, but not mandatory. User functionality of desktop, mobile, tablet and digital technologies

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Google Drive

Extremely detail-oriented, takes initiative, and not afraid to follow up

Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment required

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Collaborative with the ability to work with cross-functional partners

Bring an ambitious and passionate attitude to work daily, willing to work hard and take initiative, assertive

OPERATIONS & CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERN

This role is also responsible for supporting logistics issues, including investigating good reception, lost package claims and processing insurance claims with our shipping partners.

What you’ll do:

Interacting with clients efficiently and with empathy;

Serving as the front line, on-call resource for all clients via phone and email;

Ensuring the Customer Care team members are providing a world-class, client centric service;

Managing and maintaining all platforms used for client engagement and connection;

Liaising with logistics and production teams to ensure stock issues and back orders are dealt with promptly and ensure clients are kept up to date of progress;

Serving as the front line, on-call resource for all clients via phone and email;

Interacting with clients efficiently and with empathy;

Analysing and spot fraudulent orders;

Managing intra-department communication in regards to client feedback, new product releases and promotions;

Assessing all current processes and procedures and optimise a client’s experience where necessary

Who You Are:

Customer service experience

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Knowledge of general banking practices, sales tax applications, etc. a plus

Demonstrated ability to work across different teams to resolve issues

Honest, and full of integrity

Passionate about ZYNE's mission and living out the brand values

Must possess strong listening and communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) to effectively communicate with customers and all levels within the company.

Possess good judgement. Able to manage confrontational and escalated customer issues in a controlled, empathetic, and professional manner.
